TSX 47-10 Replacement Battery

Hi, I have a very old Telemecanique TSX 47-10 CPU with a dead battery. I've de-soldered the old one from the CPU board but it has no markings as to voltage / Type (Lithium, NiCad ?). Does anyone have any experience here as to a suitable replacement please?

They are available from Schneider, the part number is TSXBAT4903
