PLC Temp and Humidity Sensor

Hi All, Im using a MicroLogix 1400 and need to measure the outside ambient air temperature and humidity with a 4-20ma output from each sensor. Just curious if anyone has used with success or could recommend a good rugged industrial temp and humidity sensors that can stand up to the elements. Thanks
