CJ1W-SCU41_V1 erc error

We have CJ1W-SCU41-V1 comunication module, after analog output module trouble ( we replaced analog output card ) we had erc error on SCU 41. Erc led is flashing, run led is lit, but there is no comunications with the host computer. We can connect the scu module but we can't upload the programs or macros it is password protected. What could be cause of the erc error, is there any way to clear errors. There are no erros on plc cpu, every think seems ok.

Below is the information from the W336 manual. You may be able to more accurately determine the problem by checking the error codes in the module. Hope this will help.

sercos Did the communications problem occur at the same time as the analog module problem? Do you know what caused the analog problem? In the communications between the PC and PLC on the SCU card, is the PC the communications master or is the PLC the communications master? gtsupport pointed out the first place to look to start to narrow down the cause of the error. Thanks for your help, after analog output problem scu card lost the comunication via host computer. I check the special modules, 3 of them has a setup parameter problem, i recommend the customer to contact with machine manufacturer.
