CP1H pulse counter?

Does anyone know if there is a memory location that counts actual pulses sent from a pulse output when using the speed instruction? We are trying to compare sent motor pulses to actual encoder pulses, and it's hard to compare an absolute counter to an instantaneous frequency. (Our frequency is constantly variable based on other inputs) Thank you!

The current pulse outputs are stored in Auxilary relay area addresses as double integers in the following locations: Pulse Output 0 A276 Pulse Output 1 A278 Pulse Output 2 A322 Pulse Output 3 A324
