Magelis Runtime Error

Hi, I facing misunderstood problem, i have been working with a Magelis Touchpanel XTBGT7340. after dowloading the application the panel could not load runtime and popup message "Cannot load runtime" i have tried download other project, or download a new project without any configuration that could make any errors. will be thankful for any help, in technical support says the Vijeo Designer version too low, but i have made same project with the same version on other Panel. Hi acpi, im using pretty old version, 4.4 the issue not the version of the software cause i had already such project with this vijeo version. also i tried to re-install the run time-no succeed. Thanks for the reply, actually i asked for help from our tech support and they will reset the panel with their "special" cable. But im still want understand what happened that suddenly it stopped working. Best Regards, Greg.
