Logic Diagrams

Hey, I'm programming a PCS (interlocks) programme for Fluxys Belgium, but I have a problem with reading the logic diagram. The question is not how I have to programme it but how I have to understand the logics. Please see the attachement. With regards Edited 16 Feb 2012 by rslam
