RED LION DSPSX000 CF DATA LOGGING

Having touble with random missing data in datalogging to csv file on cf card onboard Red Lion Data Storage Plus DSPSX000. Data is visibly present in SLC 5/05 plc registers for the DSPSX to read. Ethernet communication appears to be good. Missing values are high lighted in the attached excel file. They are either real (floating)tags or signed integers tags which may or may not be from with in the range (array) of logged tags. Some of the tags within the range are recorded, and some randomly are missing. Somedays are worse than others. Using Red Lion Crimson3. Anyone have any ideas where my problem may be? I think the first thing is to find out if there is an intermittent communications problem or not. Create a tag with a source of "CommsError". Then create an alarm that is triggered of of a data mismatch with a value of 0. Check the alarm logs and see if the missing data is associated with the comms being offline.
