IP of micrologix 1100 is erased when turn off power supply

Hello, why Micrologix 1100 IP, is erased when turn off the power supply? Severals times I did set the IP on channel 1 but this is erased when turn off the energy.

Disable BOOTP and DHCP.

DHCP/BOOTP config is under Controller --- Channel configuration --- Channel 1 uncheck bootp enable and DHCP enable.
