help with plc CQM1H-CPU51

hello everybody can any one help me with plc omron cqm1h-cpu51 , i tried to upload the program from it but it always give me ( connection failure ) , note that i tried uploading with cx program version 5 and version 7 and the same problem and also i tested the cable i use in another plc ( cj1m CPU 22, cqm1h CPU 22) and it worked correctly so can anyone help me with that, as it is necessary for me to upload this program , thanks for everybody. note that this is what is written on the CPU unit : OMRON CQM1H - CPU 51 programmable controller CPU unit in 24 V DC , 10 mA , 16 point made in Netherlands

Set dipswitch #5 to ON position. This defaults both the RS232 and peripheral port to 7,e,2@9600. When OFF it uses settings in the PC setup. Power cycle after changing dipswitch position and try again.You can also try auto online in CX-programmer which scans the port at several different baud rates and protocols.
