Ultra3000 Autotuning

Hi all, I'm going to tune a simple axis using Ultra 3000 Drive, but scared I might damage the machine.. I try it without load, but how to make it with load.. because as I understand the Autotuning should be done with load.. I try to limit the distance but it does not follow.. Any help can be a great help.. Gnix
