C200H ME831

Hi All, Would like to check, I'm using a C200H PLC + EEPROM(ME831). Recently, the machine was not able to run and we found that the ladder program was not in EEPROM after we try to download it. Can the current ladder program that stored in the EEPROM be retrieval? We're more concern to retrieve back the program, which we didn’t made any backup. Please kindly advise. Thanks Regards Melvin
