Can't get USB Dongle to work

I purchased the USB Dongle recently for greater flexibility in licence management. However, it's not working properly. It gives me an error saying that the driver hasn't been installed properly, and when I allow the system to search both the local disk and internet for software, it fails to do so. I've tried on both Windows XP Pro w/SP2 and Windows 7 Ultimate. I'm not bothered about it working on Windows 7, but I need it to work on XP or else it's pointless. Anyone experienced this before or know how to sort it, or pointers towards the driver software? thanks... Daryl
