  1. Try here. Rockwell Link
  2. Remote IO on ENBT comm failure

I would try putting the original ENBT back in and power cycling the remote rack if you haven’t already done so. If you have a empty slot in your local rack you may be able to configure your replacement ENBT by putting it in the local rack and using RSLinx to configure the network settings
  3. RSNetWorx requires a separate activation. I would definitely recheck all of your coax connections as poorly crimped connections will cause you nothing but headaches.
  4. Because you are using a single current sense as soon as the back up pump starts the fault on the non running pump is no longer true and therefore the backup pump stops running. When the backup stops running the current returns to 0 and restarts the failure timer. It would appear as if the 2 pumps are cycling back and forth. You may want to look in to latching the failure or incrementing the failed pumps run timer to move to the next pump.
  5. Another option to fix your problem. Remove Fault Blower B from single mode operation for Blower A. Remove Fault Blower C from single mode operation for Blower B. Remove Fault Blower A from single mode operation for Blower C. This wlll allow a single blower to be the standby in case of a fault. In case of 2 faulted blowers the 3rd blower would operate.
  6. Try uninstalling 17, 18 and 19. Reinstall 17 and verify issue is gone. Then reinstall 18 and 19. See answer ID 68214 in the Rockwell Knowledge base for more info.
