Application Development Guidelines

Hi friends, As Lead engineer for all our projects, I've come up with a document which will serve as template for application development standards in our company. I invite you all to take a look and advise me with your comments. The Idea is to come up with a good set of guidelines to be followed by all developers in our industrial automation group.
