CX-Supervisor Remote Connection

Curioous, has any one tried the Remote Connection between two CX-Supervisor computers and had any success ? I followed all of the steps... Configured DCOM Server on XP machine, configured Client on XP machine. Created project on Server...there was no special note on point setup. Tried to configure a project on client. Everyting going well..too well in fact...my fears confirmed...everyting came to a halt when creating the point on the Client machine to the Remote machine.... I had configure the enable DCOM on the client machine and Server but a message says EnumcGroup() not configured, when i am pretty sure it is.... Does any one have any more comprehensive notes on the procedure to get these going. The Omron manual seems a little lite on details.... Kind Regards.....

I have solved many of my DCOM problems on win XP with the following parameter. But i have no idea if it applies to your problem. Just change te security model of win XP to classic setting like win2000 Greetz, Jimbo
