You certainly cannot simply exchange the CPU, move the MMC card to the new CPU, and swithc it to RUN mode.You will have to adapt both the hardware configuration, and possibly also the software. If some of the "technological functions" of the 313C (integral counter for example) have been used, it becomes even more complicated.
