Ergonomic Switches

I'm looking for some ergonomic switches and am having trouble finding something for the application. Imagine you were holding a push lawnmower. You need to be able to operate a maintained ON/OFF switch with your left thumb and a 3 position spring return to center switch with your right hand. It is still an industrial environment so it can't be too lightweight Any thoughts? Thanks Tim

I've been trying it all day but their website seems to be having problems. I've sent them an email inquiring about their product but no one has answered me yet...I'll keep trying because they look really good Thanks again Tim

Just wanted to give an update, we ordered two of them and they were exactly what we were looking for. Those guys were great, they will customize them to pretty much any combination you can think of Thanks Tim
