Looking for Software for TSX P67

Hi, we are looking programming software for a TSX P6742. I believe the software is PL7-3 and only runs under OS/2. We've got later Windows versions like PL7 Pro 5.4 - does anyone know if this will (a) read the ladder file; (b) communicate with the PLC. Cheers, Andy

Been in the same situation myself, you will need PL7-3 to get the code from the PLC, once out, there is some conversion tools in PL7 Pro to convert the code to a new PLC. Watch out for differences in the scan, older TSX scan in columns not rows, most things work ok, but you can have some issues. If you contact your local schneider rep he will be able to get one of their system guys to get you the program out, but may charge for the service. If you are swapping it out you maybe able to cut a deal. If you are just looking to modify or support it you will probably struggle getting hold of PL7-3.

PL7 Pro does not talk to TSX17/27/47/67/87/107. Only TSX37 (Micro) and TSX57 (Premium). You're stuck with the old OS/2 based PL7-3. Good luck getting a working copy.
