ML1400 with reverse PID?

We have the ML1400, with the 1762-IF4 analog in module and 1762-OF4 analog out. RSLogix Micro is used for the programming. The system has a flowmeter (water) PV, and a modulating valve for the CV. Setpoint is entered off the touchscreen, (N7:6). We will select the desired flow. Flowmeter is set up 4 ma =0 and 20 ma = 1200 GPM. Modulating valve is setup 4 ma = 100% open and 20 ma = 0 or closed. This is the reverse of what we normally do. I have scaled the SP for 0=0 and 1200 = 16383. I thought of reverse scaling the flowmeter, but don't think it will work. Also don't see anything in the PID setup screen which will allow me to do this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
