Need Help going online on CQM1H-CPU22

Hi, before posting my question, i have read and done all the things i've read regarding connection with CQM1H. I have the right cable and the CX-Programmer, but when i click auto online, i notice that there are only 3 series that he is searching C series CV sereis CS/CJ series is my PLC are with those series? or i need to install something more. by the way i already did some dip swith setting on my PLC and network settings on the CX-Programmer, base on those i've read on similar topics.

Your PLC is included in the C series. Which port are you using? Cable part number?

I just got online, using another laptop with a serial. I kept on using the USB-Serial cable H-340. Anyways as i went online. And uploaded the program of the CPU. I kept on encounter an illegal operation that was made by CX-P, and then all windows would close. So i can't seem to back-up the file. CX-P caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 0167:6c373eba.
