PanelView C300 T3m

New to programming .. on third project .. having problems with the c 300 panel veiw I cannot get the multi indicator to take commands correctly.. I have in the tags with no problem but when trying to edit it under connections it will simply save the last connection and apply it .. it is not selecting by tags at all. Thanks for any insite
