Quick question. Can you interface a mitsubishi FXON-24MR-ES/UL with an allen bradley panelview 300

The panelview 300 standard can be ordered to speak DH485, DF1, or Devicenet. Each protocol is a different part number. So, unless your mitsubishi controller can accomodate one of these protocols, then the answer would be no.
