Older software

A friend of mine called and said that he had Omron Software..CX-PROGRAMMER V3.2-LCU. Can I use this to program new OMRON PLCs? Thank you.

I believe it had limited support for CJ/CS series models, and absolutely no support for the newer CP series. What series do you intend to use? If you are going to buy some new hardware I suggest you get a copy of CX-One too which will get you the latest PLC software plus a lot of other software for HMI, Inverters etc.
