Trouble with CX Simulator

I'm having trouble with CX-simulator in CX-One version 6.2. Under tools and options I have checked to "automatically transfer to simulator" as well. The error I have is when I click work on line simulator I get the following message: Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Hi, Wow - CX-P 6.2 Is that in old CX-One 1.12 or CX-One 2.00E? If 2.00E then you should be able to get an update to 7.1. which might include bug fixes. Its worth searching MrPLC as there are many similar topics. I have also seen problems when running alongside Symantec Endpoint Security or on IBM laptops with service TSSCore running. Any help?
