Development Software

I am thinking of trying to integrate some Siemen s7 PLC's into the location I work at and was wondering if there is a demo of the development software so I could get a handle on the programming of them. To make sure they are what I want to go with. Does anyone know where a demo copy of the software would be available I can not locate it on their website. Thanks.

Just get ahold of your local rep, they can get you a disk and a license that is good for 15 days. When you want the software just purchase the license.

Which S7 PLC? For S7-300 have a look at the following; http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22764848 This is S7 lite; free and fully functional for stand alone PLC's (also includes a link to the free download)
