Modsoft comm. problem

Hi. I need to transfer a new plc program from my modsoft to an aeg modicon micro I can upload the existing but when i trie to download i get the following message 984 - Not logged in or a user is logged in on another port. Please return to offline mode to re-logn to the PLC. Where do i do this? Thanks Morten
