DDE/OPC Data Transfer from Excel to a ControlLogix

It's been a long time and I've forgotten how to do this. Is it a DDE Poke or Pull? Is it just a matter of setting up the topic and data in a cell is then transfered to the PAC using a MACRO?

Check out the mrplc downloads sections and you'll find an excel dde kernel sheet I wrote and have used for eight years now with slc 500 and plc5. I've also used it with CLGX since it came out.
