ML1100 MODBUS floating point conversion

I'm exploring using a ML1100 to read values from a micromotion mass meter. I need to transfer two 16 bit integers to one floating point, and the COP instruction doesn't like the different file types, any suggestions. Edit: Never mind, should have RTFM, need to use the CPW instruction (Copy Word).
