Hi! I had a high speed counter board CQM1H-CTB41, and I need to use it as diferential phase mode (with an A, B, Z encoder signal) but I don't know how to configure this in the CQM1H CPU 51 (with CX-Programmer). My encoder gives me the A and B signal, but the Z is allways set to 1, so I can't use the hardware reset mode. Can anybody help? Thank you.

What position are the dipswitches on the inner board? How did you wire your encoder? What brand is the encoder? Is it open colector output or line driver output?

Hi Jay, My encoder was wrong-wired, so it was working in the opposite way. I changed the supply and the A, B and Z signals and it was OK. Thanks a lot for the information! Bye
