barcode type

Hello All I am building a new machine with a barcode printer for a customer. The customer does not now the barcode type he needs, he just has a current sample. Can anyone look at the attached sample and take a guess at the type. I think it is 128, but I know there will be someone here that will know for sure Thanks for your help

I think you're right that it's code 128. I took a screenshot of "L0075765 AD01" in Code 128 in FactoryPMI. It looks similar. Maybe you can tell for sure by comparing it closely to your original (or printing it and scanning it at your customers site). I looked at various other formats for that string - they looked nothing alike. Also, many barcode formats don't support letters. LMK if you need a bigger image. Edited 31 Jan 2008 by Nathan

Thanks Nathan, that does look similar. Now I just need to finish my ASCII messages from my PLC to the printer and this part of the job will be done. Evan
