Ethernet Connection Lost after monitoring

My ethernet connection between the PC and the PLC is lost after the first monitoring of the program. I need to re-open the program again if I want to use ethernet to communicate with PLC everytime....... What's happening?????? But, if i use the same program in other PC to communcate with the PLC, it works........I already re-install the software....... I dont know what to do now....

When deleteing the software check if the EZSocketGOT directory was also deleted. This part has all the communication for all Mitsubishi products in it. So if you have other mitsubishi software installed this will also be effected.

Those files were already deleted but the problem still here..... Maybe I should reinstall the OS.......
