Q06HCPU - File Register Memory Space Problems

4 posts in this topic

I'm using Mitsubishi Q06HPU, I found my ZR & Z memory been fully used until ZR32767 and Z32767. I read the Q06HCPU manuals, and understand that I use it until ZR65535. But how ? I sincerely ask yours to give me some ideas beside changing the CPU. Thank you very much.

In the parameters use file register and increase the K-points. If the standard memory isn't enough use a mem-card. Before you choose your type of card check if the databook for the differences regarding fileregisters access.

Thank you for your advice. In the parameters, I'm using Standard RAM and I increase the file register K-points to 64k. But I still seeing my memory map showing until R3276767 point. Why ? Beside, What is block conversion ?
