Hi all, In my company we have received a new spare eeprom (FX-EEPROM-8 Mitsubishi) for a Mitsubishi PLC FX2N-16MR-ES/UL. The newly received eeprom is however empty. So the program of the running eeprom in the plc would need to be copied and pasted in the newly received one. How could we do this? Which software would we need to buy? Many THX!

You would need GX-Developer-FX. You can upload the program in the PLC. Power off the PLC, install the memory card, and then start the PLC. When the PLC powers up and there is a memory card, that's the memory it uses. Download the program, and it will be in the EEPROM. Cable is SC09.
