Mettler Teledo,Profibus, and Prosoft

I am using a prosoft profibus module in a control logix chasis. This is connected to 2 mettler teledo profibus modules that are in turn connected to mettler teledo load cells. In the control logix software(RS5000 V16) i am turning on the bits for the commands for the mettler teledo profibus modules and i am not getting a weight back. Is anyone familiar with these at all. I have tried to contact metler teledo for tech help but i have not heard from anyone. Thanks
