Read from a memerycard (CJ1M-CPU11)

I have a project where i must read some data from a memory card in the plc, but i dont no how to do this. I have read the W340 pdf and search on this forum but i dont get it. Do some one have a sample programe with the read file for the memory card? So i can check this out and figure it for my owne. Arnold

Are you wanting a program to run on thew PLC or on a desktop computer ?
