how to get the ladder out from this unit? Is the ladder working in the latest OMROM PLC?

The C20 has been discontinued for a long time. You will need Syswin or LSS software, a hostlink unit (3G2C7-LK201) and a cable. I would recommend contacting your local Omron distributor, they should be able to help. The program could be converted to a CPM series unit. Depending on the original program, some instructions have been updated. Hope this will help.
