E1101 HMI mode switch?

5 posts in this topic

We are using a new Mitsubishi (Beijers) E1101 HMI. I searched meau & Europe sites and could only find a basic installation manual. I wanted to know what functions the mode switch does (4 position DIP switch on the back). Anyone know?

The mode switch can be used to switch the screen into debug mode or the load a new operating system. That's the only use for that switch.

I was wondering if that switch may function like the E910 rotary hex switch that would allow the user to change IP address and other internet details (subnet, DNS, etc). It was position 4 on the E910. Is there an equivalent on the E1101, and what combination of switches are used? Thanks again.

Hi, Dip-switch 1 = On -> Possible to change IP-address etc Dip-switch 2 = On -> Update mode (when updating terminals image (OS/firmware) Dip-switch 3 = On -> System restore, the flash is formatted and the image/firmware are re-installed (restores the terminal to default settings). //Supporter Edited by Supporter
