sc06 Cable

Does anyone know of a source for the SC06 cable to program the MTA-100 OIT? I have several to modify. Thanks.

Only one problem with the diagram in the pdf file. The chip is hard to find. I've look to make that cable from that diagram but could find the chip or similar replacement. If some found some thing similar, please let us know.
