  1. If I'm reading this correctly my issue is in the first 5 rungs.  Capper_stop_pb <Local:1:I.Data.1> latches stop_button_flag in rung 1.  In rung 4 Capper_start_pb <Local:1:I.Data.0> unlatches that same bit.  If I have an open on my Capper_stop_pb and the operator presses and holds in the Capper_start_pb the stop button should be bypassed and the machine would be allowed to run until the button is released.  Being that this is an intermittent issue I'll have to verify that my stop pb is working correctly the next time they stop running. 
  2. I know it probably doesn't have any documentation.  Something is preventing my start button from latching in and running its process.   Process_Technology_capper.ACD
