  1. The new inverter FR-A840 has a built-in PLC so that training can start it. It is possible to use the built-in PID in the inverter and there is no need PLC  for example inverter FR-D700, FR-E700 and FR-F700 MITSUBISHI.

  2. Hi FranzPLC,

Module FX2N-EX of digital inputs and added to the main unit to the controller. No need to be defined in GX developer.Suffice program is compiled and loaded into the controller.

  3. 1. Learning about connecting the input terminals of the inverter - STF, STR, PC or SD
    2. Use Does analog inputs - 4 and 5 OR 2 and 5
    3. Then define the parameter settings related to input signals

Usually washing a movement forward, backward with low speed and centrifuge at high speed.

  4. Hello colleague,

SP for PID can be set from the control panel or external analog input. With a value of the control panel is used Pr.133. We tune Pr. 79 - 3.

    Also be used and parameters Pr.128 - Pr.134 and Pr.575, Pr.576.

Start of PID can use terminal RH set to 14 (Pr.182) or automatic switchover frequency Pr.127.

    Good luck.
