  1. PID Function block for FX3G

Hello glavanov, it is not possible. Only with structured project it's possible. The attached file has documentation with detailed description and examples. The best regards.
  2. It is necessary to organize a registry reset at PLC startup. That's what I did in the attached program. test_AInputs.gx3
  3. fx

The colleague kaare_t has in mind what sensor will count impulses this counter - encoder, photosensor and more. Also, the speeding up of the process is important.
  4. Get data from a FX3G-40M?

I recommend the Weintek - MT8071iE HMI. If this 7 "monitor is large, you can use the MT8050iE. The data can be recorded on an external USB memory and can be easily transferred to EXCEL. http://www.weintek.com/globalw/
  5. It is necessary to allow the operation of each channel CH1 and CH2. As shown in the picture.
  6. GX Works 2 - Can You Compare 2 x Offline Programs??

We open one project first, then Project---Verify select from the second project.
  7. An example of converting the value of the analog signal SD6020 and SD6060 from an integer to a real number.
  8. You can download it from the MITSUBISHI Factory Automation site.
  9. Mitsubishi E600

Maybe you are considering Beijer's HMI E600. What software do you try to load the new firmware?
  10. It is possible with GX Works2 to download the program and then change the used PLC to FX3U.  If there are problems with compiling, a message will be displayed.
  11. PID Function block for FX3G

I agree with Kaare_t. In my example, it is a function, not a functional block. It is best to use PidFx_V100. Specially developed for GX Works 2.     PidFx_V100.zip
  12. PID Function block for FX3G

Of course there is FB at FX3G / GE. You can see from the picture below how it is inserted.
  13. Mitsubishi SC-A220M

Hello Venkates , On the first question - remove the link between 10 and 2 and connect a potentiometer as given on your picture. Its value may be from 2.2k  to 10k. The second question - there is no problem to use the optocoupler connected between the STF and the SD terminals for start forward and another optocoupler between the STR and the SD terminals for start reverse. The current is small in this circuit around 4 - 8mA
  14. Mitsubishi SC-A220M

Hello Venkates, the STR and STR terminals are used to start the engine forwards and backwards respectively. By doing so, the connection between terminals 10 and 2 set - 100% reference for speed.
  15. PLC_Temperature_control

Hi Akpisgud, For temperature control usually uses a PID regulator. In the PLC programming manual of the FX3S, FX3G or FX3U Series PLCs, examples are given for configuring a PID controller. Here in the forum there is a PID controller topic made with the FX5U. The best regards, K. Raykov
  16. plc to encoder

Hi aakash, what use will this encoder use for? This will be decisive for choosing a single-phase counter with one input, one phase with two inputs or two-phase with two inputs for the A and B series. The best regards, K.Raykov
  17. plc to encoder

Hi aakash, the specification encoder is with a push-pull output and inputs x0 and x1 is not a problem to be on a source or sink circuit. When connected to a source circuit A signal - black cable connecting to X0, B signal - white cable connecting to X1 and brown cable 24VDC, blue cable 0VDC to a power supply. The best regards, K.Raykov
  18. plc to encoder

Hi aakash, Here's a link to the guide http://dl.mitsubishielectric.com/dl/fa/document/manual/plc_fx/jy997d16601/jy997d16601q.pdf The best regards, K.Raykov
  19. plc to encoder

Hello, You can read in the FX3S manual for high speed counters. There is a detailed description of one-phase and two-phase counters. The encoder is connected to the first digital inputs  from PLC that are fast. Sincerely, K. Raykov
  20. Upgrade to FX or Q?

Hi Paolo_911, The FX5U has many advantages over other FX models. You will need to let us know more about your configuration. Number of digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs and outputs, need for fast counters, PID regulators, servo drives, communication and more. Of course this PLC is of a lower class compared to the Q series and the price will be significantly smaller. The best regard, K. Raykov
  21. I'm sorry. Apparently I did not get a good idea about the question. The HMI settings are as follows: Thank the kaare_t.
  22. The settings that are needed are shown in the picture
  23. DEVELOP PID-PLC IN MITSUBISHI INVERTER D700

Hello colleague,   Set Point for PID can be set from the control panel or external analog input. With a value of the control panel is used Pr.133. Setting Pr. 79  is value 3. Also be used and parameters Pr.128 - Pr.134 also Pr.575 and Pr.576. Start of PID can use terminal RH set to 14 (Pr.182) or automatic switch-over frequency Pr.127. Good luck.
