Connect CP1E-N14DR-A Omron With SCADA software

Hi everyone, I need a help! I Can't monitoring and control CP1E via Elipse software (SCADA Software). I want CP1E working as a slave, my software is a master. I'll use Modbus Protocol via DB9 Port of CP1E. But, can not connect software with device. Some one help me please? Thanks! :)
