Factory Talk Historian Reports

Trying to create runtime reports using Factory Talk Historian and the Factory Talk Historian add-in for excel. Has anyone had experience doing this and can you give me any examples or point me in the right direction. I'm attaching a copy of the old reports that was done using RSView32 as what I'm trying to do. MotorRuntime.zip
