Fuji NJ PLC Memory Cassette N-MA16

Does anybody know anywhere I can find a Fuji NJ ram cassette for diagnostics? Part number is: N-MA16. Have searched the net and cant find any for sale on the normal plc part websites, there might not be any left in the world. Cheers
