Controlling AC drive via microcontroller

Hi guys, I have Powerflex-4m AC drive. I want to control it ARM based microcontroller. Coding will not be a problem. I checked the user manual but there is no information about using with microcontroller. My drive allows mod-bus. I am using 4th and 5th pins of the RJ45. I just want to know is, do I need a converter to do this? Anyone knows, which data format do I sent to the register and which register adresses?
