  1. S7-200 / S7-Microwin Help

Good Morning, Hoping someone with some Siemens experience can give me a hand with this one. Customer has a S7-200 cpu, which has a 6GK7 243-1EX01-0XEO ethernet module attached. Initially I connected to the PLC and performed an upload using the USB/PPI cable 6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0, when performing the upload the software warned me that I should communicate over ethernet or it would not upload all module configuration. Once I had the program uploaded I was able to check the IP address of the ethernet module (172.16.2.130) With my laptop set to 172.16.2.253 I connected to a non-managed switch that is connected to the ethernet module. When doing an upload, the warning about not getting all the module configuration was gone, however it would upload the PLC program, then try and connect to something else and give a communication time out fault. Trying to perform a download would give a warning about mismatching configuration wizards, regardless of if I tried to download the copy uploaded using the USB/PPI cable, or ethernet cable. Here are the part numbers I have for this PLC and attached modules 216-2AD23-0XB0 6GK7 243-1EX01-0XE0 231-7PB22-0XA0 235-0KD22-0XA0 EM232 Relay 222-1HF22-0XA0
