like in seimens plc cpu314ifm has i124 to i135 for input and q124to q129 for output builten addresses

plz help me that i ahve omron cqm1 cpu41 plc. i want to download new programe in it what r the adresses of input and output. mean that how can i check builten adresses of modules , so tht my programe adresses match with i/o adresses.
