I think Greg is correct in that you only need a license for each o.s. You don't have to have a separate XP license for each image you create if they are all for your use on one PC. The Rockwell Knowledgebase has a technote that descrbes how to export the ascii file with the documentation from a project and then import it into a project without documentation. If you search the Knowledgebase for Answer ID 35666. The description is for RSLogix 500 but it works the same for RSLogix 5.
