Hye, Actually i am a trainee in a small company and the company give to me a task to troubleshoot and repair one of the PLC that currently was not function. Briefly, the problems that I have analyzed are: 1. PLC cannot contact with motor. 2. Sometimes, the machine always ‘hang’; when we push the button, the light is ON but there has no action was occurred. Additionally, there has no any wiring problem with the machine. 3. The program/process was not sequential anymore. and the type of plc and machine are : Type of PLC : NAiS MICRO CONTROL UNIT M2T Type of Machinery : 220 tons HAN CHANG Rubber Compression Moulding. Model No : HVC-200. Power Supply : 240 V I really need someone guidance because I'm totally blank how solve this matter. Please advise me, what should I do. Really appreciate it..
