I have a Fx2n and cant find another to replace it with. Vendor says that a fx3u is the replacment plc. Can I just dump the fx2 program into the fx3 or will I have to re-write it. I use GX developer. Or, where con I buy a new fx2n-48mr es/ul?

Im wanting to use a fx3g with appropiate analog I/O to control a VFD. I was wandering where to find info on how to use PID in the plc to control my VFD.

The plc is a FX3G, the card is a FX3u-3A-ADP, and I have an FX3G-CNV-ADP adapter.

I'm new at addressing the analog card. Actually, Im new to anything analog. I have to take analog in and use a fx3g to open a valve actuator that has a position status analog device on it. I am supposed to compare the 4-20 in to the 4-20 on the valve, and open/close the valve according to the signal, (i.e.) what percentage open/closed. I really don't know where to begin. Any sugestions?
